All personal information shared with KIM SOO HOME will be used solely by KIM SOO HOME.
Personal information will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside KIM SOO HOME.

Typographical Errors

KIM SOO HOME attempts to be as accurate as possible.  However, KIM SOO HOME does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is complete, reliable or error free.


Pricing on the KIM SOO Wholesale Catalogue is expressed in Indonesian Rupiah.
If you are paying in currency other than IDR currency, conversion calculations will be made on the date of payment.  Please contact: wholesale@kimsoo.com for confirmation of exchange rate calculations.
Prices are subject to change without notice.  We will honour the price for a purchase already in progress.

Payment Terms

An initial tranche of 50% deposit is required on confirmation of order.
Orders will only be processed once this first tranche is received.
Balance of payment is required when notification is given by KIM SOO HOME that your order is completed.
Unless, prior arrangements are agreed on, completed orders must be picked up within 7 working days.
A warehousing and storage fee of 2% per month, or part thereof, will be charged for goods not picked up within 7 working days.

Shipping will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
When you have chosen your preferred shipping method, and or, cargo agent, please notify KIM SOO HOME.
KIM SOO HOME will liaise with your chosen carrier or agent with respect to packaging requirements and pick up location.


All products sold are non refundable.  KIM SOO HOME must be advised of any product defects within 24 hours of delivery.  If there is a defect with the product you have received please contact: wholesale@kimsoo.com


We start to process an order as soon as a deposit is received.  You may cancel an order within 24 hours.  Any orders cancelled after this timeframe will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Products from KIM SOO HOME are sourced in Indonesia and are artisan or handmade.  There may be slight flaws, imperfections or minor size and colour variances.  We believe any potential imperfections add the value of character, uniqueness and beauty to the product.

KIM SOO HOME makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the KIM SOO HOME web site.  Under no condition will KIM SOO HOME be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular KIM SOO HOME will not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost properties, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to any product purchased form the KIM SOO HOME web site.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has left the premises of KIM SOO HOME it becomes the property and responsibility of the Purchaser.  If product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with their chosen shipping company.  No refunds or replacements will be given for product damaged or missing in transit.
