REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
KIM SOO ONLINE does not offer an exchange or return of goods for change of mind, so please shop mindfully. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or queries relating to a particular product you are interested in purchasing.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to KIM SOO within 24 hours from receipt of parcel to email@example.com. Please include an image depicting the damage/fault, your name, order number and contact details.
Once your email has been reviewed, and we are satisfied that an error was made in the consignment of the product purchased or that a fault occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, we will contact you and where applicable, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available we will offer a credit note or exchange. Where KIM SOO is at fault, KIM SOO will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to KIM SOO and for dispatching the replacement item to you.
Items being returned must be sent back to KIM SOO within 10 days of receipt of order, in original and unused condition. KIM SOO will not be liable for items broken in return transit due to inappropriate packaging on your behalf.

As per Australian Consumer Law full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of all major faults/defects.

Prices expressed on the KIM SOO ONLINE website are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). All orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only. We do not accept payment in currencies other then Australian Dollars (AUD)
If you are purchasing outside of Australia or using a credit card in a currency other then Australian Dollars (AUD), the Australian Dollar (AUD) amount will be charged to your card using your provider’s current exchange rate. If you are unsure please contact your bank/credit card provider for their terms and conditions.
KIM SOO ONLINE reserves the right to change prices of items advertised on our website, without notice. We will honour the price of a purchase already in process.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full. All goods remain the property of KIM SOO ONLINE until payment is received in full.
Cancellations and changes to orders can only be made prior to payment being made. We do not issue refunds. Order cancellations that are made after receipt of payment will incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have been dispatched.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions and Discount Codes are issued at the discretion of KIM SOO ONLINE. We reserve the right to cancel an order which we believe has unauthorised use of a discount code. Promotional offers and Discount Codes can able be used once per transaction, unless otherwise specified. Promotions and Discount Codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date.
We aim to ensure that information relating to inventory levels on our website is up to date and correct. If an error does occur regarding quantities available for purchase, please accept our apologies. We reserve the right to make changes to product availability and quantities at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to fulfil due to incorrect inventory levels. If this does occur we will process a full refund of your order. The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout with options of Standard or Express Post for you to choose from. Depending on the size, weight, volume and nature of the product we use Australia Post and DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched to you, we will send you notification via email which will include tracking information. Please be mindful, that the customer is responsible for tracking their own parcel. Failure to collect your parcel from your local postal outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will be required to cover the cost of re-posting your parcel to you. All parcels will require a signature on delivery. When a request is made for a parcel to be delivered and left unattended, you acknowledge that KIM SOO ONLINE and their representatives will not be liable in any way for loss or damage of the parcel. If a parcel is unable to be delivered to you due to an error where you are at fault e.g. incorrect address details provided to us, KIM SOO ONLINE will not be liable for re-postage of your order. If you wish to have your parcel re-delivered you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery to your address.
Australian delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option. Unless noted otherwise in the order pipeline, KIM SOO ONLINE ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any cancellation or delay of your order. During periods of increased orders dispatch times may be longer then usual. As a suggested guide only, Standard Post will generally arrive within 5-6 business days. Express Post will generally arrive within 2-3 business days. KIM SOO ONLINE does not guarantee any delivery time frames quoted.
For larger items or furniture pieces of irregular size, weight and shape (and where shipping is unavailable at checkout) we offer a warehouse pick up or alternatively please contact KIM SOO ONLINE directly at email@example.com for a specific shipping cost.
If you live outside Australia and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping cost, if possible. Any taxes, duties, fees or customs delays incurred on arrival of an International order will be the responsibility of the customer. Duties, taxes and fees are NOT included in the pricing of our product or in shipping fees quoted. Please check with your relevant country (or port) for specific customs/import legislation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information regarding dispatch during high order periods.
Standard Post will generally take from 5-6 working days.
Express Post will generally take from 2-3 working days.
Depending on your delivery location these time frames may vary.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we deliver Internationally using DHL Express Freight service. Please see DHL’s website for information on specific shipping zones.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order online using the tracking number we provide you. This number will be sent with the email notification you receive when your order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped it is your responsibility to track your order, failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your Parcel.
CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We are unable to delivery directly to PO Box addresses. We require a physical address as a signature is required on delivery.
